Builder required

We're looking to put in a WC under the stairs, put an island into the kitchen, and open the kitchen up into the dining room by knocking an opening in a wall. So a general purpose builder that wont break the bank is required, need plumbing, carpentry, perhaps some engineering input if steels are required.

So I'm looking for frequent posters on here to recommend a builder that have used and found good.
