we were due to start a 1100 sq ft extension next monday the 21st - value in excess of E200K. the nominated builder, costs agreed etc, site and architect meetings etc. has just phoned to say he can't do it for reasons he "can't go into".
So we're back to square 1 after six months of tendering already so we're just the slightest bit frustrated.
My question is can anyone recommend a good builder in the south cork area?
