Build costs per sq foot

Does anyone have costing for the avg build of a 2,500 sq foor dormer "down the country" on the basis of hiring a contractor (I couldn't hang a picture ) to do the whole lot. I appreciate that there are various levels of finish which can alter the price, but a "bare essentials" price would be v useful..

To finish the house your talking 100 euros a sq ft at least - that can go up, so put down 300K to be safe.

Normally around €70 - €75 per sq foot for a builders finish - then you have Kitchen, applicances, stairs, painting, alarm, furniture etc after that so around €100 per sq ft is correct fo finish the house
