Budgets for the various Business development agencies

Hi,

does anyone have figures for the amount of money spent annually by the various development agencies here in Ireland. I'm referring to IDA, Enterprise Ireland, DCEB, Shannon Development etc.

1. How many jobs have they created?
2. Are they value for money?
3. How may people are actually employed in the agencies?

I would imagine that 1 and 3 are available from the organisations themselves, the relevant government department(s) or the CAG. Number 2 is a subjective one though.

Thanks for the reply, Clubman - I was looking for the lazy answer, eg here is a report from 2006 by an independant body to summarize the development agencies' activities, rather than me trawling through individual agency reports which can be worded to justify their own existance.

Is there such a report?
