Budget PRSI ,JSA means test

With the increase in PRSI in the budget,if you are in the situation where one of you is working and one is on JSA,don't forget that you should get an increase from January to reflect your spouses slightly reduced means.(If spouse earns enough to be affected).
I don't know if the increase is automatic,or if you have to apply for a new means test.Maybe one of the more experienced members here might have an idea.
 
If there is a change in spouse/partner's income, the person on JA would have to apply for a review of their means - it wouldn't be adjusted automatically because everyone's circumstances may not be the same.

You would also have to wait until you had a payslip before applying for a review.
