Budget- How To?

Hey,

Changing jobs and this is causing a big strain on finances at the moment,

Can anyone advise how i can work out a budjet or a good template,

I have a set amount i pay per week into a joint account for bills and mortgage etc so its personal expenditure which i need to curb! Help

ISFRA have one here
I've used this one Money Manager from the Zeal which I found very handy. I heard about it first on AAM.
They really focus your mind!
