Can anyone help me?
I have a property in Budapest which I purchased around 3 years ago and during this time the property agent I have been using has caused me many problems (holding rent for months on end, not providing invoices or statements).
I am fed up with having to chase them constantly.
At the moment they owe 9 months rent and I just found out my tenant left in July and I was not informed. In addition a water bill was not paid and this ended up in the County Court.
I cannot afford the time to travel out to Budapest to sort this out. I am therefore looking for a agent who is reliable - so any recommendations or advice on this would be most appreciated.
