We own a classic apartment in District VI renovated completely in 2004 and the apartment block in 2006. We have recently been informed by our managing agent that according to a new EU law the gas pipes have to be completly replaced (with copper ones) and the boiler also needs to be replaced. Has anyone else experienced this and if so could you please recommend a reliable plumber to undertake the work. Quotes we are currently receiving are between €2.5k and €4k.
