Hi,
I was just wondering if there is anyone else out there who invested in the Bellevue Residence development? I paid a deposit for a studio apartment back in March 2004 and was told it would be completed in November 2004 but I am still waiting. At this stage I've paid 50% and am wondering what the story would be if I tried to pull out.
So if anyone has any info on Bellevue or on pulling out of the purchase at this stage please let me know.
