Budapest Apartment Sale

Will be possibly setting up a sale of apartment middle to year end (if that is viable considering many economic factors).. wondering from your experiences if anybody out there has advice on potential hazards or any trap doors to avoid..?? Also if u have maybe good direction towards most proactive honest agency to choose (commision seems to be kinda high 4.5% from my little research), Thanks

Prices are under pressure somewhat, but apartments are still selling. Like everywhere, buyers are being picky, but there seem to be quite a few still out there for the right type of property at the right price. If you post or email more details about the apartment, I should be able to point you in the right direction, e.g. size, location, floor, etc.

Well it's District 6,new build from 2005 with 58 metres squared (one bedroomed),street facing on first floor - Rosza Utca - at the West End shopping side.
