BTL tracker

Anyone had any success in moving BTL Ulster Bank tracker?

have BLT (no neg equity) and was thinking of moving to another property where i could pay down the entire mortgage much faster, but UB said NO.

They say that they are not interested in transferring tracker BLT to another property.

Can't ever see it happening. Sure why would they?

Agree, why on earth would they want to do this? They will only do this for a family home if you are moving and normally they will be adding a premium to the rafte.
