BT router password issue

My friend bought a laptop win7 acer. She already had a working laptop with a bt wireless router (zxycel). When she tried accessing the net via the new laptop she was asked for a security key for the wireless access. But when plugging the laptop directly (cable) in the the router it worked ok.
She cant remember the security key. Where can she find this, can she find this while connected via a cable or can she disable it. Thanks
 
Does she need to log into . (?? from memory). In there she can go to wireless settings and change the WEP code.
 
thanks guys Ill give that a lash. I cant access the site at the moment, i presumme its blocked where I am at work. Im on a pc.
