I took a Phone and Broadband Package with BT 5 months ago. However after a huge amount of red tape they could not provide me with Broadband.(They eventually told me that they had a faulty batch of routers after I got 3 from them)
We parted ways after 3 months of trying to get broadband. I then joined Newtel who tell me they are 2 months trying to get the line back off BT.
BT appear to be dragging their heals on this.

Has anyone experienced any time delay like this.
