BT Broadband - On-line billing?

Hi Folks,
Has anyone else had problems / issues with BT on-line charging.
I've been with them for around 9 mths and I've just about had enough of them.
I was firstly on the €40 a month for line rental & Broadband. The bill on-line was never right and very difficult to understand. Seems to be different charges every 2 months.
So I moved to the €45 all in package (bar mobile calls). Still the same issue. Over chargaing regularly and there customer services are very poor, with phone operators who have very poor english.
Now their boradband service itself is grand no compliants just their on-line billing & CS very poor.
Have I just been very unlucky or has anyone else had similair problems with them?
