Brussels Tax Back

Anyway, so just wondering if anyone knows how I could claim tax back from having worked in Brussels for quite a while last year? Who I've to write to, or wahet the procedure is generally.

I want to avoid taxback.com because they take something like 12% plus more or something.

Taxback.com have free estimation service that you can use and check if you can get a tax refund in the first place. If yes, you can then research what forms you need to fill out etc.
