Brussels hotel

We stayed at IBIS...is bang in center of nice part of brussels...two mins from Gare Centrale and near restaurants, shops etc. Hotel is not too fancy but was one of the nicer IBIS three star hotels I thought.

There was a nice bar with a friendly barman, let me practise my french on him. I really think its a nice place, would stay there again.
 
Got a great deal last year on the Clarion Hotel, Grand Place through www.needahotel.com - might be worth a look. Stayed in a Best Western this year (can't remember the exact name). It claimed to be just off the Grand Place but was about a 15 minute walk away and the rooms were disgusting.
 
Thanks for the info.

Just checked needahotel.com and the Marriott (5 star) is there for very cheap, but it says on request.
Does anyone know if it is actually that much or what's the story?

I got it for the price on needahotel and I was very impressed.
