Have bought a 2 bedroom duplex in this development - anyone else purchased here or know anyone who has? What do people think of the development in general? The houses that are built already look really well. Have been down to the site a few times and the apts are looking good.
Anyone know if the builders Westar Construction are efficient/good record? On an aside we were waiting 8 weeks from booking deposit to sign contracts, when we signed the contracts we assumed we would have detailed plans but no sign... Our solicitor is talking to the EA at the moment who needs to contact builder to get these so hopefully we get them soon! Looking to close around October time so kinda need the plans so we know where we're at in our heads! Appreciate any info!
