My House policy expired a couple of weeks ago, but I renewed it end of October (paid the premium to broker) as I was out of the country for a few weeks.
Had to contact the broker last week as I had heard nothing, since paying the renewal premium, they claimed to have issued a receipt but I never received it, so they agreed to send again.
I received the receipt today, but that's it, should I not also expect some sort of certificate or schedule of insurance again for this year, or am I being over anxious?
