Broadworks TV

Hi,

Does anybody have Broadworks in their home? I am moving into a new house soon and the TV box in the house has their name on it.

I was just wondering if anybody had any dealings with them and if their service is any good?

Granted we have since got Sky Sports (18 months after it was first promised), but the sound quality on ITV is muck, and still no Sky One.

Unfortunately, you probably don't have a choice in the short to medium term.

I would say avoid them if you can. They hiked their prices to the point that sky became a very attractive option. Bye-bye broadworks. Their customer service is poor. They change the package with no warning, and their line up was pretty abysmal at the time I moved.
