I see some towns are getting in broadband..........clonmel etc.

Was wondering what is involved in getting broadbank into a provential town. Does it involve upgrading just the towns network or the link to dublin.........???

BEWARE - Laymans terms below - I aint got the lingo

as far as I know there is a 'figure of 8' line that goes around the country that is most prominent in the Dublin area - remember seeing a map once. I guess more and more towns are connecting to that figure of 8
