Broadband/Line rental/free calls with BT for €45

At the moment I have broadband and land line with Eircom which along with calls is costing about €85 - €90 a month.
BT have brought out this new product which thay are heavily advertising which includes line rental, broadband and all land line to land line calls in Ireland and the UK for just €45 a month.
Has anyone availed of this service? I would be especially interesed in the broadband side of things... While Eircom is expensive, the broadband service is excellent and I don't want to pay less if it means the broadband service is in anyway reduced.

The €45 a month offer from BT is for 1mb downoad speed-how does this compare with what you are getting from Eircom?

Also, Eircom have reduced their prices, as per this thread.

I am considering moving to Eircom myself, but they can't really compete with UTV and BT for free calls.
