broadband/ landline problem

Broadband and phone package working perfectly for last two months before this problem. After numerous calls to Perlico it now appears that broadband will only work if I remove splitter and put broadband connector straight into the wall connection and vice versa for the telephone line. Have replaced the splitter to no avail. Perlico insist that it is a physical problem in the wiring of the wall phone connection and cannot help me ??? Any suggestions???

Perlico / Vodafone rent the lines at wholesale rates from eircom - tell them to get an engineer out to check it

No telephone company will support internal wiring, the end of their responsbility is the NTU (the little back boc) not the first phone socket.
