Broadband Internet

Hi,

Ive a friend who has moved into a new home recently and is looking to get set up on the internet. He doesnt want to get a phone/land line into the house as he uses his work mobile for calls. Can anyone tell what options he has other than Irish broadband as they dont cover Ashbourne at the minute?
