Hi there. Can anyone recommend a good website for searching for and locating property in Britain? I'm particularly interested in the Brighton/Hove area - what would be wonderful would be a British verision of myhome.ie if such a thing exists. thanks.

Hi speirbhean, there are two equivalents that I know if. www.primelocation.co.uk & www.rightmove.co.uk - from my own experience both have been very useful.

Hi there, just to say.. I've had problems with 3rd party websites in the past whereby they'll list properties as available.. bu then when you try and book a viewing and go to the actual estae agents page, theyll be listed as sold or otherwise unavailable.

Although I havent had much experience with Brighton estate agents I can thoroughly recommend the North and central London estate agent Goldschmidt & Howland, who I went through with a move to Camden recently!!
