I'm currently in the processs of a self build and waiting for the local authority to provide me with a mains water connection inside my site boundary. Can anyone tell me what kind of piping (1/2 inch?) and any stop gauges I need to connect from their connection and run into the house?
I can get my plumber to do this, but want to know what's invlolved to see if I could do it myself.
