What extra month?I got (for exqmple):
01/02/2023 - 29/02/2024, 1 year cover with supplier B
I now have supplier B telling me I need to pay the extra month where there was no cover.
What missing month?Yes, thats correct. When I purchased the 2nd year, it was for 12 months (annual cover) until end of Feb 24.
They are now asking that I pay for the missing month.
OK, typo.. well spotted. I changed it now. What missing month?
Your cover with B is 13 months - 01/02/2023 - 29/02/2024.
Its exactly that. It's it's January 2023 and you only took cover out from February 2023 for the following 12 months then I can't see how they can insist that you pay for January as well.
Doesn't make any sense to me.Its exactly that.
Only if it's more than 13 weeks. If you had a break, does that not mean that you will have to go through waiting period
What happens if I have a break in cover of more than 13 weeks?
If you have a break in health insurance cover of more than 13 weeks, you may have to serve new customer waiting periods again. If you are aged 35 or above, a Lifetime Community Rating loading may also be added to the cost of your policy.
