Your bank may try & claim that you did make the withdrawals and basically the onus is on you to prove that you weren't in Brazil.....get all your travel documents together & all credit card statements, hotel bills etc. from your trip to show where you were - I have had some experience in this area & some banks can be extremely difficult in these circumstances.
