Bray to live in ????

I am thinking about moving to Bray, I have seen 2 apartments that are nice. Rivervale Upper Dargle Road and La Vallee on the same road by the looks of it. A few questions:

How far from train station?
Bus service good? into Dublin or Bray?
How long would it take to walk into Bray and dart station?
Apartments noise wise? as in hope you cant hear your next door neighbour
Visitor Parking good?

Also can anyone recommend apartments to the same standard near the Dart Station thanks a million

I dont know the specific area, but the dargle has flooded, so research needed there

Upper Dargle Road is a very long road so there's a good chance you'd be quite a bit from the town. I used to drive that way to work years ago (on provisional licence so had to come off dual carraigeway at Shankill and go back on to it just after it ended at Fassaroe if I recall correctly). There were some nice looking apartments on a river close to the motorway end of the road, which might be the ones you are talking about. If they are, I'd say you'd need at least a bike and realistically a car to get around.
