Bratislava off-plan

I realise this was touched on a few months back, but has anyone invested off-plan in Bratislava recently or more specifically invested in the 'Koloseo' development.

Yes - we have bought a 3 bed flat and are very happy with it.

I wouldnt be sold on the location to be honest. From a quick look its quite far away from the old town, which for me is the only attractive area in the city centre, and this is where foreign renters would like to stay. In a place like that one you might find the rental income quite low because it will be locals renting and wages are still low there
For me a safe investment in Bratislava is in the old town or in the wealthy suburbs Bystrich for example or a development located beside a major factory ie. VW where the developer has tied in rental agreements with the companys for X amount of years
