Hi All,
Any advice appreciated on how to solve. Hope i make problem clear enough.
My partner has a site with forestry and one of the boundaries is onto a adjoining site with house.
There is a small stream running down the hill between the boundary line. Their site was about 2-3 feet higher elevation with trees marking the boundary on their side. My partner had fence on her side of stream marking her boundary.
They have removed their boundary trees and levelled their side of site to be level with my partners .They removed my partners fencing and erected 15 foot high fence on her side of stream but a couple of feet further onto her site from where original fence was. This was done without our knowledge.
We feel that due to the fact they never consulted with us that we would be wasting our time directly contacting them.
Looking for any advice as to what channels we should pursue and what our rights are.
Thanks
