Bought BillPhone (Contract) in July (Sharp 550SH) but I dont really like it, Options?

I got a new Billphone in mid july, a sharp 550sh. Thought it seemed like a good phone, but haven't really grown accustomed to it. Just find it very awkward to use.

Anybody know what the policy is to change it to a different phone. I dont want to cancel my contract or anything just want to change my actual phone.

u have to buy a new one mate its 12 months before u get an upgrade!

When did u buy it? you have 28 days to return it from first day of purchase
