I got a new Billphone in mid july, a sharp 550sh. Thought it seemed like a good phone, but haven't really grown accustomed to it. Just find it very awkward to use.
Anybody know what the policy is to change it to a different phone. I dont want to cancel my contract or anything just want to change my actual phone.
