BOSI-100% mortgages

Bank of Scotland Ireland have pulled their 100% mortgages effective as of 10 am this morning. Loan offers need to have been signed and received by them by 10 am today. Bear in mind this announcement was made at 10.01 am, giving no notice whatsoever, hope not too many affected.......

I'm sure the majority of people would have seen it coming, it's been well spoken of in the press over the last 10 days.

Maybe so, but not all would've expected no notice or time to get their offers back to the bank
