Need to borrow €25 k to complete some work around new house which we moved into 3 months ago.
Currrent situation:
mortage on new home is €250K; value €450
remaining mortgage on second house is €17K; value €220K
One plan loan also €75K
Our combined income €120K
What would you suggest is the best way of financing the €20K required
Term loan ? Increase the amount of the one plan loan ? or Remortgage the second house ?
