Booze Cruise - Advice?

Thinking of heading to France to stock up on the lovely cheap plonk!
As EU members we are allowed bring a back as much as we want for personal consumption.
However, if I take over the Hi-ace and fill it up to the brim so to speak.
How do I prove a van load is for personal use?
Is it a case of "Yeah boy this is all for me", "Ok, on your way so"?
The reason I ask is me and a buddy are thinking of doing this in the near future.
Any feedback from someone who has done this sort of thing would be appreciated...

It probably has but unfortunately I couldn't find it.
