In their FAQs they say:
From the "No-Change-Fee" Terms and Conditions:
Are they contradicting themselves? If so, which one is it?
If you decide not to travel (e.g. the Irish quarantine still stands), do you have to make the change before the flight takes place or can it be done afterwards?
From 10 June, customers who book to travel in July & August will be able to move their flights with zero change fee to travel until the 31 Dec 2020. This flight date change will only apply to the route customers have already booked and trips must be completed before the 2020 year end.
From the "No-Change-Fee" Terms and Conditions:
We know your plans may change so we've dropped our flight
change fees for all new bookings made for travel in July & August.
This means you can change your flight time, date or even destination, giving you complete flexibility and peace of mind.
Move your flight for free to any date before 31 Dec 2020, just pay the fare difference.
Terms and conditions: This is only applicable to new bookings made after 10 June for travel in July & August and the fare difference will still be applied.
