Not sure if there is one specific site covering all the different ferries but if you have a read thru this search result on AAM you may find something helpful.

If the issues ever get sorted out then www.irishferries.com site isn't bad.
Alternatively, www.stenaline.ie do online discounts.
P&O are on www.poirishsea.com.

Or try www.directferries.ie for all the ferries.

We just booked with www.directferries.com for a Cherbourg/Rosslare trip, not with Irish Ferries I should add! They seem to offer a fair few choices from the one site.
