Booking Deposit paid, now what?

I've put a booking deposit on a property in Lanzarote, I've 10 days to send remainder of 10% deposit, what information should I seek before paying full deposit? Should I ask for a draft of full contract, engineers report (its on a 15 year old apartment complex), info on community fees? Any advice welcome.

Tom Mc Grath & Assoc Solr are expert in Spainish property and fluent in the lingo it seems. I have not dealt with them or have any links but they should be able to examine the contract for you. I met Tom once and he seems to know his stuff. Heard him on the radio a few times. Think sees married to a Spaniard too!
