I bought a scales that tells me what my bone and muscle mass is.
Does anyone know the ranges for Bone Mass or Muscle mass. I have searched the net but found no range. I did get something about Standard deviations from the mean on bone mass, without knowing what the mean is.
Most of them sites I read, said to refer reading to a GP. My wife and I now have a muscle mass and bone mass reading,which is great but we don't know what they mean.
