Boiler output temperature

Does the "current boiler temperature" or "boiler output temperature" have any relation to the room temperaure or how hot the rads are? It is a Baxi Megaflow system HE IE range and you can see the reference to my question at

Boiler Output Temperature - In either the central heating or domestic hot water position the display will illuminate showing the current boiler temperature in degrees centigrade.

current boiler temperature would be directly related to rad temperature, as it is the temperature measured on the flow pipe as the hot water leaves to boiler heading for your rads. The room temperature is related would only be controlled via room stats, not the internal boiler stats
