Sorrt if this has been posted already, I can't seem to find a thread on this. BOI has some issue with it's computer centre running off a Visa debit card report for transactions dated 17/01/2014 for a second time overnight last night:

There is still no fix on this issue, my own account is showing an overdrawn balance of €650, as I made a mortgage payment over the phone to PTSB using my Visa debit card last Friday, as well as some other purchases for petrol and groceries. These entries have been debited twice
Looks like some of the rubber bands holding the BOI whole system seem to have snapped, hopefully it is fixed by morning, as it's left my family with no money. Could not pay the childminder today, very embarrassing.....
