BOI rate reduction

We are currently building a house with a BOI build mortgage. After the 2 rate reductions by the ECB, the first of which BOI gave no variable rate reduction, BOI stated throught the media they would reduce their rate by .15%.
However we have received a letter stating a .1% reduction has been applied. Anyone know why this may be?

yes, got that letter stating .1 per cent cut. Can't understand why it isn't .15?

i'm the very same, has anyone conatcted BOI inrelation to this?

Apparently the .15% was for those on >80% ltv variable rate. The .1% is for the <80% variable rate.

They didn't highlight that in the papers, who also didn't pick up on it. Sneaky!
