BoI or EBS for self build mortgage

We've be given approval from EBS and Bank of Ireland for a self build mortgage, variable rate is the same for both at the moment.

Can anyone who currently has a mortgage with either of these for a self build give me any comments good or bad on how they are working out for them? Finding it very hard to make a decision!

Congrats on getting the approval. I was just wondering how long it took to get approval and what % of the build cost was it for. I will be doing this soon enough so keen to get some tips/advice. Cheers.
