BOI Letter of Offer timeline

I might be losing the house because of incompetent BOI customer service.

I have applied for a mortgage in a branch with underwriting completed early in September. All this time I was mentioning that I will use FHS.

Sep 5th - Property Address and desired rate/term provided via email
Sep 18th - Letter of Offer is not issued due to insufficient savings. Mortgage advisor asking if I want an 4.75x exception or will be availing FHS (which I mentioned before multiple times)
--- two weeks of silence and no responses to emails/calls ---
Oct 1st - response from mortgage advisor that case was escalated
Oct 11th - Letter of Offer is not issued due to insufficient savings. Mortgage advisor asking if I will be using FHS to cover the difference.

At this point I feel like everyone in the world except my mortgage advisor knows that I will be using FHS.

Just wanted to share this because there is nothing else that I can do other than wait while seller is warning me to sign the contracts ASAP.

Don't go to BOI for mortgage.

So another 10 days passed with my case being 'escalated' and today I have got... an Approval in Principle

This time it has an address but with a typo so probably it will take another 2 weeks to fix it.
