BOI iPhone App Storage Issue

Hi,

My BOI app on my iPhone is using up a ridiculous amount of storage, circa 8GB.

It’s all “Documents and Data”, basically bank statements.

How do I delete these?

There doesn’t seem to be an obvious way.

Dunno what version of iOS you have but

Go to your HomeScreen
Tap "Files", a blue folder icon
You may be asked to Browse a list of locations
Tap "On My iPhone"
You should see a selection of folders, each with an App icon emblazoned on it and a text label underneath each folder.
e.g. "Agenda", "GarageBand for iOS", "Soulver", etc, etc
Find your BOI folder and tap on it.
It should show you a list of documents/files unique to your BOI app.
Select what you don't require and bin them.

It's always useful to include details about the iPhone model and/or the iOS version installed in calls for help, otherwise we're back to "I've been told the discs on my BMW are too narrow" type inquiries.

Yes, I did, but the Files menu looks different when I click into it and the only App that shows any storage at all is Edge. I’ve DM’d BOI via Twitter. Thanks for your help. 64GB…I need to get 128GB next time.

I'd suggest you delete and reinstall the app. The reinstall might require some authentication steps (not sure) from BOI - but it should zap unneeded files.

I've had to do that with other apps which seemed to have lost track of their temporary files.
