Hello. I have sold my house in Dublin and moving to Kilkenny. The close date was Thurs Oct 13th but it still not has closed due to BOI not issuing drawdown on time to our buyers, which in turn means we can’t move to Kilkenny house. This has racked up unnecessary expense my side with rental vans, hotels etc.
Is this common practice with BOI, anybody else experience similar? They are utterly a disgrace to deal with when trying to explain the situation to them.
