Boi different address on my account

has anyone had this experience with Bank of Ireland. For a year a different address has been on my bank account. An address in the same area I have no association with. According to the bank some logged in to my online account and changed the address. I haven’t received any mail in relation to my account. I didn’t change the address so someone else had access to my account. No money is missing. Very weird.

I hope you have already changed it back ? And had a new PIN issued ?

If not, why ?
