BOI credit card issue

Hi all

I’ve BOI app for my credit card.
In the last couple of days in noticed I can no longer see my balance or statements.

The only thing I can see if a credit of €0.4 with the option of withdrawal it or closing the account which I don’t want too do.

Any thoughts folks

You mean using the BoI Banking 365 app?
Can you access your account using a computer browser instead to see what you can see there?

Yes using the app.
No don’t have access too a computer

I had the same issue but now it’s back. Must have been a glitch.
