BOI Business Banking Online

Lads,

Bank of Ireland banking is so so bad a service that I am seriously thinking of moving from BOI.

Anyone know of a better bank for business accounts and especially their online facilites?

I left them several years ago. Their offering is pathetic. I wrote a letter of complaint and got a call from them telling me there was no change coming. So I went to AIB. Who are just as bad. None of them offer an acceptable service. I am now with Ulster who are better but still a long long way off what a normal European Bank offers.

Maybe I am asking too much in being able to see all my transactions for the past few years in excel....
