Recently availed of the Aer Lingus BOI Cr Card and tried to register today for the BOI on-line app (in order to be able to make online purchases with the card) without success. Got the user ID and PIN both set up but could not get access to the App. Was given multiple reasons/solutions from their call centre ranging from not having my speaker on when creating my PIN to the uninstall/reinstall of the App, none of which have done anything to resolve the issue.

They cannot confirm what element of my log-in in causing the problem and I'm 100% certain that the various values to be entered during the log in process have all been entered diligently and correctly by me. They have taken it off-line and have said they will come back to me. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and what the outcome was?
