BMW E46 Airbag light

Hi guys,
my girlfriend has a BMW 320d M Sport and the airbag light came on for some reason. She doesnt no when it happened, i only noticed last time i drove it. She did get it valeted though recently. Plus i noticed the seat belt light goes out after few seconds, that shoudnt happen till you put it on i presume???
Any help would be great

the problem lies in the electrical plug/ loom under the passenger seat,, most likely when they valeted it , they might have disturbed the connection,, wiggle the connection a bit,, might go off again

some times the connector block needs to be removed completely and the wires joined permanently to sort the faulty connection out,,

It seems all to point to seat, with the seat belt light been a bit weird too
